Crown Simmons Housing has commissioned Acuity to carry out a resident satisfaction survey for both tenants and leaseholders.
Acuity have been chosen as they are fully independent and can offer residents full anonymity when completing the survey (Crown Simmons will have no way of seeing who has been sent or who has completed a survey).
The survey is being carried out as part of our commitment to listen to feedback from our residents so we can improve the service we offer.
If you have received a survey form by email or in the post, please ensure that you return it to Acuity as soon as possible.
