Crown Simmons Housing provides bespoke property management services to smaller housing associations, charities, organisations and other bodies in the public sector across London, Surrey and Sussex.
Our property management services offer our customers the opportunity to continue to provide first class services to their communities, without having to worry about the day-to-day management of their housing.
Our current and past clients include Elmbridge Council, Surrey Police, Fellowship Houses Trust, Hewitt Homes, The Merchant Taylors Company, Barnes Workhouse Fund, Eddystone Housing Association, Orchard (Weybridge) Housing Association, and The Mayor’s Office for Policing & Crime (MOPAC) in London.
Following a review of organisational priorities in April 2019, we are not currently looking to take on any new work for other organisations.
Our property management services for other organisations have included:
- Organising contractors for repairs, maintenance, communal gardening and cleaning
- Carrying out inspections of properties to ensure that they are being kept in good condition
- Collecting Rent and Service Charges on behalf of the owner organisation
- Organising support staff at sheltered accommodation for older people, including organising their hours, pay and contractual obligations
