Our innovative repairs partnering contract with KNK Group has been recognised for a national award by the National Housing Maintenance Forum.
The contract, which was only launched in July, has been shortlisted for the ‘Best Small Client’ category. This award is for client organisations of less than 1,000 homes who are able to demonstrate that they are meeting resident needs and demonstrating value for money in the provision of an asset management service.
Customer Services Director, Emma Solomons said: “I’m delighted that our new service has been recognised so soon after the launch. We’ve been working hard to improve our repairs service for our customers and it’s great that we’ve been shortlisted for this award”.
The National Housing Maintenance Forum (NHMF) is the housing sector’s leading source of good practice in the fields of asset management and maintenance. The award ceremony will take place at the NHMF conference in January. You can find out more about the NHMF here.
