We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Staff Team.
Location: Esher, Surrey.
Crown Simmons Housing manages just under 700 homes mainly in North Surrey and London, with a further 39 in development. Our origins can be traced back to 1959.
Having approved our Strategic Plan for 2017-2021 and revised our Business Plan, we are looking to significantly increase our stock numbers by a further 130 homes over the next five years, to continue to provide great customer service and be a great place to work.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic person to assist our Team in achieving our ambitious objectives of providing the best service to our customers and developing more good quality and affordable homes. You will be committed to providing office administrative support to the organisation.
You will report to the Corporate Services Manager and as a member of the staff Team you will provide a wide range of office support in areas of corporate services and office administration ranging from diary management, answering the phone, ordering stationery, opening and franking the post, etc. You will assist the Corporate Services Manager on HR and Governance administrative tasks and on ad hoc projects as instructed by the executive directors.
This is a new role and we are seeking someone who is well organised, has excellent written and verbal communication skills and has the ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail. Knowledge of IT business software such as Microsoft Office, Word and Excel is essential. A minimum of two years prior experience in administrative role or similar would be an advantage.
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours of work: 18 hours per week (working pattern to be agreed)
Salary: £10,286 (£20,000 full time equivalent)
