Thank you to all our residents for their patience as we roll out the new Me & CSH online portal. Many residents have contacted us about the issues logging into the system and we have been working with our IT provider to rectify this.
We are sorry it has not been a smooth process. We hoped the portal would be up and running by now, but unfortunately we have encountered too many errors, and have, therefore, made the decision not to progress with the Me & CSH portal as planned.
For those residents who have successfully logged on to Me & CSH, they can continue to use the portal as normal. For those who have not been able to access the portal successfully, we are very sorry, but want to reassure everyone that a new portal service will be available later this year to all Crown Simmons’ residents. This will be a personal account where you can pay rent, report a repair and get in touch with local Resident Services teams. More information will follow in the coming weeks.
