Crown Simmons have commissioned Acuity to carry a resident satisfaction survey for all tenants
The customer satisfaction survey was emailed out to all tenants on Thursday the 10th of January. The survey is carried out as part of our commitment to listen to feedback from our residents: it gives our tenants a chance to let us know how Crown Simmons are doing and where we need to improve. The survey should only take a few minutes to complete.
Our aim is to keep improving our services to our residents. In order to do this, we need to know what you think. Our tenant satisfaction survey is central to this, so if you are a Crown Simmons tenant and have received a survey by email please do take the time to complete it as soon as possible.
Acuity have been chosen to commission the survey as they are fully independent and can offer residents full anonymity when completing the survey. Acuity will not share any personal information or any individual responses with Crown Simmons.
Everyone who completes the survey will also be entered in to a prize draw!
Please note this survey is for tenants only, so leaseholders and shared owners will not be part of this particular survey.
