Neighbourhood Team Takes Shape

Following a restructure of the staff team at Crown Simmons, Ellie Melham and Pippa Claydon have been appointed as Neighbourhood Managers. They took up their new roles effective from 1 May 2016.

Our Neighbourhood Managers take responsibility for leading the housing management service. Ellie and Pippa are responsible for the complete management of their patch, dealing with income management, all tenure types (tenancies and leasehold), anti-social behaviour, lettings, contractor management and community involvement.

They also provide line management and support for our 6 Scheme Managers. Residents in our housing schemes for older people should continue to contact their scheme manager in the first instance.

Ellie has responsibility for managing our homes in Elmbridge as well as the properties that we manage on the South Coast in Adur, Brighton & Hove and Worthing. Pippa has responsibility for all other properties that we manage in Surrey and London.
