We are very pleased to welcome Emma Solomons as our new Customer Services Director. Emma started work on 24 August 2015 and joins us from A2Dominion Group where she was Assistant Director of Property Services.
Emma has worked in the housing sector since 1997 in a variety of property services, housing management, customer services and policy positions.

Emma Solomons said: “I am pleased to be joining Crown Simmons Housing as Customer Services Director. My roots are in housing management and more recently I’ve worked in property services so this role combines the skills and knowledge I have developed. The team have really welcomed me. I am looking forward to getting to know the team, residents and properties. My aim is to ensure that our customers receive an excellent service and are at the centre of everything we do”.
