Castlemaine Court in Byfleet has been shortlisted for the RICS South East Awards 2016 in the residential category.
Completed in August 2014, the development comprises 16 one and two-bedroom apartments for social rent. This is the second time the scheme has received national recognition, having already been awarded Best Designed Scheme at the 2015 Inside Housing Top 60 Developments last October. The awards ceremony takes place in Brighton on 12th May 2016.
Chief Executive Paul Yates said: “It’s really good news that Castlemaine Court has been recognised again. It demonstrates the quality of both the design and the finished product that the scheme has been shortlisted for such a prestigious award.”
The RICS Awards showcase the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, property, construction and the environment across the UK.
