All eligible, general repairs*, including those which are out-of-hours emergencies, should be reported to 01372 619519. Our new site, Abbey Walk, and Mole Abbey Cottages, are currently managed under Bugler. Please contact Crown Simmons for any repairs or defects.

Residents who live at schemes with a ‘community alarm system’ (red cord), pull your red cord for an emergency repair or medical emergency.

From 1 August 2020 Crown Simmons will be working with new heating and hot water contractors.

 

K&T Heating and TSG are a specialist heating contractors who are responsible for carrying out the servicing and maintenance of the heating and hot water system in all rented properties. 

 

From Saturday 1 August 2020 you can report a breakdown or arrange an appointment for your service by calling 01372 619519 and selecting the option for heating and hot water repairs.  This is the same number you call to report general repairs to DW Support Services. 

 

If you have a gas leak, please call the National Grid on 0800 111999.

Please note the form below is to report non-urgent repairs only. If you have an urgent repair you should phone the contractor direct.
