Crown Simmons residents can access their account all day, everyday in a safe, secure way using

The service (known as 'My Tenancy') is available for all tenants, leaseholders and shared owners of Crown Simmons Housing*.

You can use the service via 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to:

  • Update your contact details
  • View your latest rent or service charge statement
  • Check the progress of a repair you have reported

How do I access my account?

To access your account you will need your Username (CC[your tenant number]) and your Password.

Eligible residents* will have been sent these in the post but if you have forgotten your details, you can request a new password on (click 'Forgotten your password?', insert your username (CC[your tenant number]) and click 'Submit').

Your tenant number can be found on your rent statements from Crown Simmons Housing.

In order to protect your personal data your username and password will have been sent in separate documents to the address of the property you live in.[/expand]

My Tenancy is updated twice a day at noon and overnight. Payments made to your accounts will show up usually one or two working days after receipt. Please feel free to contact us if you believe your account is incorrect.

*My Tenancy is not yet available for tenants of Fellowship Houses Trust.  A new version of this portal will be launched shortly.

For Hewitt Homes residents only, you will be able to access your account on our new portal, called Me & CSH.

How do I sign up for Me & CSH? 

Crown Simmons have been working closely with our IT suppliers over the last few months to make a new, improved version of the residents' online portal available. It is called ‘Me & CSH’.

The portal is available to access through this link:

The Me & CSH portal allows you to view your current rent or service charge account details, view the repair history for your property, report a repair and amend your contact records.

The portal is really easy to use and you can access it on any device that connects to the internet including smartphones, tablets, laptops or computers.

In order to register, Crown Simmons need your email address and date of birth saved on our system. If you have not given Crown Simmons your date of birth or email address and you would like to be able to use the portal, please call our head office on 01372 461440 to give us your details, or email over your name, address, email address and date of birth to
