Congratulations go to our Planned Maintenance & Contracts Officer, Chelsey Byrne, who is the inaugural winner of our Values Champion Award.
The Award was introduced to recognise the efforts of staff members who go above and beyond their day-to-day role and demonstrate their drive to meet our mission, values and objectives.
Chelsey was the deserved winner for her tenacity in ensuring the Association receives more than £8,000 per year in Renewable Heat Incentive Funding for the biomass boiler at our new Castlemaine Court development in Byfleet, Surrey. The biomass boiler was one of the features chosen to ensure the development achieves high levels of environmental sustainability, as well as warmth and comfort for the residents.
The photo shows Chelsey being congratulated by and receiving her award from Crown Simmons Chief Executive, Paul Yates.
