Vulnerable Residents

We are making calls every day to provide support for our elderly and vulnerable residents. If you know of anyone who is in need of help, or would benefit from being signposted to services in your local area please get in touch by emailing or calling 01372 461440.

Noise Disturbances

With more and more residents at home during the day, it is inevitable that there will be some noise disruption. However, noise does travel so please do not slam doors or play loud music, as this may cause distress to other residents living at your scheme. Your co-operation in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Social Distancing

We recognise that this is a challenging time for many people but we would like our communities to be kept safe. We’ve had more reports of residents and visitors on our sites not adhering to social distancing guidelines. This is a reminder that the Government guidelines are strict and must be followed at all times. Failure to abide by the rules can cause distress to neighbours who are staying at home responsibly or self-isolating. The Police have been given additional powers to enforce the guidelines so please contact them by calling 101 if you experience any issues where you live.

Deliveries and Communal Areas

Many residents are reliant on deliveries to their homes for food, medicine and other essentials. We cannot ban deliveries to any of our housing schemes, including communal areas, and anyone delivering goods or services should be treated with respect as a key worker.

Repairs & Other Services

We continue to provide emergency services only at the moment and as a result service delivery will be disrupted. Many of our contractors will have taken the decision to scale down their businesses during this time and may have staff shortages because people are self-isolating.

Health & Safety Checks

We want to ensure that everyone living in our community is kept safe. We are therefore continuing to carry out the most urgent health and safety inspections and, in the case of a gas safety check, would ask that you allow access to your home unless of course anyone in your household is self-isolating. Please help us by letting us know if that is the case by emailing or leaving a message on 01372 461440.

The Government has set out guidelines where it is necessary for urgent work to be carried out in your home – our contractors will follow these guidelines at all times.
