At the Crown Simmons AGM in September we said goodbye to some long-standing members and welcomed in some new faces.
Board Members Jane Worsley, Dan Prentice and Roger Winterburn stood down from the Board at the AGM, Paul Yates, Chief Executive at Crown Simmons Housing said of the members,
“All gave tremendous service; Dan and Roger were initially with Crown HA and saw the organisation through changes. Jane was previously Chair of Rosemary Simmons HA’s Board and led the organisation through the merger. Their contributions to the organisation and those before were substantial and they will all be missed.”
Diane Lennan and Rob Webber were also formally appointed to the Board having joined in 2015 as co-optees. Diane, who has also taken on the role of Deputy Chair, has extensive executive experience within the commercial, service and not for profit sectors and now provides clients with support for transformational change and organisational development as a Management Consultant. Rob has worked in the housing sector for over 10 years, creating high quality services and maintaining modern homes for residents, most recently as Group Operations Director for Spectrum Housing Group.
Al Dankis, Chair of the Crown Simmons Board said of the changes,
“I’m pleased to welcome Diane Lennan and Rob Webber as new [Board] members who have already made a positive impact. I would also like to acknowledge the contribution of three colleagues, Jane Worsley, Roger Winterburn and Dan Prentice who [stood] down at the AGM. Their wise counsel and support will be sorely missed.”
