Allpay Direct Debit Duplicate Payments

On Friday 8th September, All Pay experienced an error on their system. This caused a few residents to have their direct debit taken out twice on the same day for the same amount. All Pay are currently in the process of refunding all residents affected and have confirmed that refunds will be applied by the end of Tuesday 12th September.
